The Aurora Luxe mattress offers a total of four cooling features. The cooling begins with a top cover of cool-to-the-touch PCM fabric. Next, you’ll find foams infused with cooling copper and gel cooling beads, resting on premium individually wrapped coils, which offer breathability and prevent heat build-up.
These four cooling features aim to keep your skin at the ideal sleep temperature of 88 degrees. In particular, the foam-infused gel cooling beads respond to your body’s temperature, remaining dormant when you are cool but activating when your skin temperature reaches more than 88 degrees.
The Aurora Luxe is available in a soft (about a 3 out of 10 on the firmness scale), a medium (about a 5 out of 10 on the firmness scale), and a firm (about a 7 out of 10 on the firmness scale).
The soft option is ideal for side sleepers or those who want a plush feel. The medium option is ideal for combination back, stomach, or side sleepers. The firm is ideal for mainly stomach and/or back sleepers and those who prefer to sleep on and not sink into their mattress.
The Aurora Luxe is engineered to support as much as 950 pounds—a standard feature for all DreamFoam mattresses. However, if you are looking for a mattress built for a plus size sleeper (or a plus size partner), please consider our Titan mattress, found here.
Yes, the mattress features premium individually wrapped steel coils with a reinforced perimeter that provide both excellent edge support and motion isolation.
Yes, all RV Mattresses are both hypoallergenic and CertiPUR-US® Certified, and are therefore made without ozone depleters, Tris flame retardants, heavy metals, and other toxic substances.
Any mattress foundation with slats no more than 3 inches apart will work well with any DreamFoam mattress. While a mattress foundation is not necessary, please be sure that the mattress rests on a surface with minimal to no flex.

None of the RV mattresses should ever be flipped since they are all designed with a supportive base and topped with select comfort layers. Instead, we encourage you to rotate your mattress every 6 to 8 months for optimal comfort and sustained longevity.
If during your 120-night sleep trial (which begins once you have received your new mattress), you decide that you are not completely happy with your mattress and wish to return it, we will help dispose of your mattress and help you begin your return.
Please allow 30 days to laps from the date of delivery before beginning the return process.
Customers are able to make use of this 120-night comfort trial on one occasion. The second occasion is not eligible for a return.
Please note: there is a $99 return fee for all mattress returns to cover the cost of picking up your mattress. We do our very best to donate, recycle, or otherwise repurpose all returned mattresses.
