Are your pillows washable?

All of our pillow covers are washable. Simply remove the cover, machine wash on a gentle setting, tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. We recommend only spot cleaning the pillow insert.

What is your return policy on pillows?

We offer a generous 30 day return on all pillows for a full refund. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

Does your trial period include accessories?

Our 120-night trial applies to mattresses only. Sheets, mattress protectors, pillows and foundations can be returned 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. Should you need to return sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, or foundations, we ask that you package the merchandise and contact us with package dimensions so that we can email you a prepaid shipping label. We then ask that the merchandise be shipped back to our facility at no charge to you. All sales on adjustable bases are final and non-refundable.

"I do love the pillows compared to the mattress. They are a bit heavy but they are firm and contour the body after a few minutes. My kids fall sleep on them instantly. The only negative thing about them is the weight and they slide down the bed and I have to pick them up to re position them because they weight so much."

"The Plank pillow is firm but with some give, and after 2 months, it is holding its shape. As side sleepers, we are pleased with the high profile which we find just right even though we are small-framed people. We were surprised by the pillow's hefty weight which makes it very difficult to shift around during the night. Expect the pillow to stay where you place it. The queen size is more pillow than we want, but standard was not an available option. For us that meant the additional expense of new size pillowcases. We were very happy with a Bedgear pillow that is no longer produced, but after a long search we are quite satisfied, though not overjoyed, with this choice. In short, it is a substantial, firm pillow for comfortable side-sleeper support. To us somewhat expensive, it is seemingly well made of quality, odor-free materials. However, it lacks cuddliness and huggability if that's something you are looking for."

"I never give anything five stars. It does have some cooling qualities and I suppose I would notice that it’s not that I sleep cool it’s just that I just don’t get hot - temperature stays pretty moderate. It’s also a very heavy pillow and I like that."

Despite being listed as high

"Despite being listed as high profile, the pillow has been too flat for me, regardless of the side on which I sleep. Unfortunately I found no easy to initiate a return so I've had to use another pill or just to get a comfortable head elevation. The pillow is cooling and appears to be made of quality materials, but it has not solved my issue, meaning I'm still looking for one. The order process was seamless but again, I could not find an easy way to initiate a return for a product that doesn't work for me."
