"Shipment and packaging was excellent. Mattress was clean and well packed. There was no packing information or instructions included. I had to look at YouTube for installation instructions. Including a tag that makes the direction of placing the mattress in the RV would be helpful (mattress side up, head and/or foot markings). The mattress is difficult to flip over once unwrapped."

"I was very disappointed with this mattress, especially considering all the great reviews. We noticed the edges sag noticeably. Sitting or sleeping near the sides feels unsupported, and getting in and out of bed is much less comfortable than it should be. A premium mattress should maintain its shape and support across the entire surface. Unfortunately, the sagging has affected both comfort and confidence in the product's long-term performance. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a durable, high-quality bed, particularly if edge support is important to them."
