Yes, all foams used in the mattresses produced by Brooklyn Bedding are hypoallergenic. In addition, all foams meet CertiPUR-US^® standards for content, emissions and durability, and are analyzed by independent, accredited testing laboratories.

The weight of the mattress and its dimensions vary by selection. The Brooklyn Signature Hybrid weighs between 60-125 pounds. Dimensions for traditional mattress sizes can be found in the graphic here. Custom RV sizes are found on the product page, and in the drop down menu under the title SIZE.

The Brooklyn Signature Hybrid is constructed with several cooling features. First, a uniquely woven top knit ensures a neutral temperature environment. In addition, a proprietary top foam layer, called TitanFlex™, is infused with TitatinumGel™, which helps to draw heat out and away from the body.

RV mattresses by Brooklyn Bedding have been designed to be used on foundations with solid support with minimal to no flex. This includes slatted wood or metal foundations with slats no more than 4" apart, wood or metal box foundations, and solid wood or metal platforms.

All Brooklyn Bedding hybrid mattresses are constructed with higher gauge coils on the perimeter to allow for enhanced edge support.

Most Brooklyn Bedding mattresses should be rotated every 6 to 8 months but never flipped (or inverted). Our mattresses are designed with comfort layers on top and support layers on bottom, including individually encased coils in hybrid models. We also use higher quality materials that last much longer than traditional mattresses. The exceptions to the “no flip” rule are the Plank and Plank Hybrid by Brooklyn Bedding and EcoSleep by Brooklyn Bedding. These two mattresses are designed with varying firmness levels on either side of the mattress and can be flipped to customize your sleep experience.

Several factors can contribute to a mattress’s firmness level—including foam density, transition foams and coil systems. We are confident we have made the best bedding products, so we back them with a generous trial period of 120 nights! We do require that you try your new mattress for at least 30 days from the date of delivery. This gives you ample time to properly adjust to the new materials. The trial date begins when you receive your mattress and can only be used once per customer per calendar year.
