What is your return policy on adjustable bases?

All sales on adjustable bases are final and non-refundable. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

How high are your foundations and how much storage space is under the adjustable base?

Our foundations vary in height depending on the type of foundation. Below are the heights and available clearance space for each of our foundations.

Does your trial period include accessories?

Our 120-night trial applies to mattresses only. Sheets, mattress protectors, pillows and foundations can be returned 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. Should you need to return sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, or foundations, we ask that you package the merchandise and contact us with package dimensions so that we can email you a prepaid shipping label. We then ask that the merchandise be shipped back to our facility at no charge to you. All sales on adjustable bases are final and non-refundable.

What is your warranty on adjustable bases?

2-Year Hassle Free Warranty

Your adjustable base is warranted by the manufacturer against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of delivery to the original Purchaser. During such time, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at no cost to the original Purchaser, any warranted part(s)* found to be defective by the manufacturer, in its sole discretion. This includes all pre-authorized labor and transportation costs incurred with the repair or replacement of any part found to be defective.

5-Year Warranty on Parts

During year 3 through 5 from the original delivery date, the manufacturer will replace any part on the adjustable base found to be defective by the manufacturer, to the original Purchaser. The manufacturer’s liability is limited to the replacement of the defective electrical/mechanical part(s)* ONLY, with the Purchaser responsible for all service, installation, and transportation cost of said part(s).

10-Year Limited Warranty

Not withstanding the above, the manufacturer extends a 10-year warranty on mechanical base parts found to be defective on a limited basis as defined herein. Specifically, the manufacturer warrants that for a full 10 years from the commencement date of this warranty, any defect in the workmanship or the materials used shall be covered. For purposes of this 10-year warranty, it specifically excludes the cover, shroud, platform, legs, actuator lift motors, massage motors, control box, remote controls, power supply, and all power supply cords. The purchaser shall pay 1/5 of the current MSRP of the replacement part, or the entire adjustable base if deemed irreparable at the sole discretion of the manufacturer, multiplied by the number of years after the fifth year from the original delivery date. The manufacturer’s liability shall be limited to the replacement of the defective part(s) ONLY with the purchaser responsible for all service, installation and freight costs for said part. Additional terms and conditions apply.

"We have the Ascension Ultra Adjustable Power Base with our Split King, and it's been a huge benefit -- not just in terms of having the remote control and powered adjustability, but being able to adjust our sides of the bed separately. Really glad we went with this powered base! My only knock is that the massage feature is a bit of a disappointment and the loss of a star in my rating. Yes, there's some rumbling, and it's nice to have it at both the head and the foot of the bed separately, but I wouldn't call it massage-level power. I've found it nice to use to help unwind, but it seems more of a gimmick than anything really useful. I do like the under-the-bed lighting, which is powerful without being blinding if you need it in the middle of the night. It WILL light up a room! I don't use the USB port so I can comment on that. Overall, though, we're very happy with the base. The ability to remotely control each side of the bed for custom positioning is truly a game changer."

Worth it for the sleep

"I’m rating it a 4. 5, mainly cause the box was almost destroyed during shipping and one of the corner guards fell out. It did come with wear already. The actual setup was straight-forward and practical with two people. Shouldn’t take more than 15-20 min, but it is heavy. The actual base and usage is great and provides a lot of support. Don’t roll around in bed anymore and my back and legs are stable and hurt less. The massage feature works as intended. No complaints there. It supports the weight of everything on the bed fine and the legs are sturdy. The listed weight supported is accurate. Should of got this sooner"
