"I'm sorry to say I will be asking for a refund, for several reasons: * I do not like the pillow top at ALL--too plushy with too much give. * I also feel that the sides of the bed are too unsupportive. When we sit to put on shoes or something, we literally slide off the mattress. * And the "cooling" aspect seems to be completely absent. We've both woken up sweaty almost every night since starting to use this mattress, while using exactly the same linens as before."
