"I have used the pillow for about three weeks, and so far I like it. It is somewhat firm but conforms well to my head and neck and is comfortable. My only complaint is that it was delivered with no use or care instructions. I have been able to find minimal instructions on the Plank Mattress website."
"I liked the concept of having an adjustable pillow. However, as a stomach sleeper, I found myself having to remove 75% of the filling to make it comfortable enough for my liking. But, with that much empty space inside, the filling would not stay evenly distributed, so there was a lot of empty space inside, making it uncomfortable and leaving me to continuously fluff the pillow."

"It’s hard to find a comfortable pillow. This shredded foam pillow is exceptional. At last! My head is no longer tilted up above my neck, a position that is very uncomfortable. Now my head and neck are level and soooo relaxed. I can sink into the pillow and have higher edges around my head. I like the quality pillow case as well. So nicely washable, and keeps the pillow clean. The pillow makes nighttime a pleasure! Great for naps also! I liked this pillow so much I ordered a second one. (Smile!)"
"In the past I have had the Coop pillows and I loved them with one exception. They are not cooling at all and I am a hot sleeper. I purchased the Plank pillow after seeing that they have cooling properties. This is not the case. I find the pillow very comfortable after removing some of the foam pieces. However, I still find the pillow sleeps hot."
"We can’t use these pillows as they are too fat. We are side sleepers and they are not conducive to side sleepers. They are not worth the money. Sorry to have to be so blunt. This is the first thing that I bought that was a fail that I purchased due to its rating on consumer reports. Usually consumer reports are right on the money in my opinion."
"I was unable to adjust it to be comfortable and don’t think it is advertised fairly. It is much too big for a petite person. Cannot recommend and will no longer purchase a pillow online. Advertised as returnable but after you “inflate” them to try them they will not fit back into the packaging. So disappointed as I thought they were perfect based upon the advertising."
"It feels good but sadly, it puts pressure on my ears in such a way that it cuts off the blood circulation and is painful similar to when your hands get near frozen and start to thaw. I use it under other pillows but would not buy it again. I do not see how Consumer's legitimately recommended it. Wanted it to work and never would have guessed something like this was remotely possible"
"Cool and soft. I had been using a much firmer pillow but I am a side sleeper and my ears started to hurt. This is much better but it compresses and I do have to shift from time to time. No problem, that's how I sleep anyway."
"I didn't believe that a pillow could help improve my sleep, but this one did. I use to wake up with back pain, but not anymore. I also fall asleep faster. I didn't want to tell my Doctor that I have problems with my sleep because their solution for that it taking medication and I definitely did not want that. Whenever they make you take a drug for your problem they have to prescribe another drug to deal with the side effects the first drug is causing you and it continues with more medications. This pillow has kept me from having to take all those medications and heartache. I'm so glad I got the pillow. Thank you"
